DIBELS testing this week

I hope that you are all having a good weekend!

This coming week, we will be doing another American standardized test : DIBELS . (Last week's testing was TITLE I).

What are DIBELS?

The Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) are a set of procedures and measures for assessing the acquisition of early literacy skills from kindergarten through sixth grade. They are designed to be short (one minute) fluency measures used to regularly monitor the development of early literacy and early reading skills.

At IQRA, we will periodically be testing students until the end of the year. Students' literacy and reading skills are expected to improve as the months pass inshaAllah.
